The Rotary Club of Grass Valley participated in the Grass Valley Safe Trick or Treat event on October 31, 2018. Carol Lenhard led her team of spooks, witches, wizards, etc. in giving away books to little spooks, witches and goblins in our continuing program of advancing and advocating literacy.
