This is the Grass Valley Rotary President's Project and the objective is to create an Environmental Garden at Lyman Gilmore Middle School. It will feature a butterfly garden and a bee pollinator, both of which are endangered species.  Rotary has added the Environment as an area of focus, and this project is in support of that endeavor.
The project is funded by a grant from the club which enabled us to add other enhancements to the garden which include planter boxes, a trellis, hanging fruits and handicap access.
Rotarians and Lyman Gilmore students kicked off the project by building planter boxes.
